Finishing is what separates a print piece that looks good on screen from one that commands attention in person. Die cutting, foil stamping, letterpress, and embossing add physical dimension, tactile quality, and visual distinction to printed materials. All finishing methods are available by quote.

A custom steel die cuts your printed piece into circles, ovals, rounded rectangles, or fully custom contours on 14pt, 16pt, or 18pt cardstock.

Foil Printing
Metallic or holographic foil stamped directly to the printed surface in gold, silver, copper, rose gold, or holographic finishes.
Applied to business cards, stationery, invitations, and booklet covers on 16pt, 18pt, or cotton Lettra stocks in quantities from 100 to 1,000.

Letterpress
Ink is pressed directly into the paper substrate using a relief printing process for a tactile impression.
Available in one or two ink colors on Lettra 110# or 220# stock, with optional edge painting and quantities from 50 to 500.

Specialty finishing is unforgiving. The difference between an intentional letterpress impression and an uneven one is pressure calibration and paper selection.
Foil stamping requires precise temperature, pressure, and dwell time calibration for each foil color. Holographic foil behaves differently under the die than flat metallic gold.
Die cutting is only as clean as the die itself, and embossing depth and register must be controlled throughout production.
