Services

Thomas Group Printing provides commercial printing services including, but not limited to, book printing, business cards, brochures, posters, banners, and other printed materials. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Orders may be subject to sales tax based on delivery location

Artwork and Files

• You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files
• You warrant that you have the rights to use all artwork and content submitted
• We reserve the right to refuse any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights

Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs may be provided for your approval before printing. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors not corrected at that time. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Production and Delivery

• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery dates are estimates based on carrier schedules
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed materials:

• We will reprint or refund orders with defects caused by our error
• Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery
• Refunds are not available for customer-supplied file errors
• Color variations within industry standards are not considered defects

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing order. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Thomas Group Printing and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms
