What we love about this project:
We printed this custom folded tetrahedron for a professional services firm that was looking for a unique way to showcase information. Printed on a thick cardstock, the tetrahedron stands on its own, making for a striking piece to keep on a desk or conference room table. Each surface of the piece is printed so that more information is revealed as each side is unfolded. This is certainly one of the most unique projects we’ve printed!

Production notes for dimensional folded pieces
Dimensional folded pieces need more production planning than flat cards because every score, panel, and closure affects the final shape. This tetrahedron uses thick cover stocks and printed surfaces that reveal information as the structure unfolds, making the piece useful for desk displays, meetings, and conference tables.
For similar interactive mailers, dimensional handouts, and corporate presentation pieces, we review dielines, score placement, stock stiffness, ink coverage, assembly steps, packing method, and how recipients are expected to open the piece. Those checks protect both the structure and the intended reveal.
